How to setup Voicemail

Go to your DREAM ORG WIDE bookmark folder on the top left corner of your Chrome browser. 

Click on Voicemail Portal 

 

Login in with your Extension & Voicemail Password

* If you do not know your password, please contact IT at [email protected] *

Hover over the extension in the top right corner of the screen and click on My Account.

In this page, you will be able to  Change Password or add a picture.

 

Hover over Voicemail/Fax and click on Voicemail Options.

 

How to Create a Greeting

You will have the option to upload a file with your Greeting or call yourself to Record over Phone by clicking on "Ring Extension". Be sure to "Save Recording"

 

How to Access Voicemail from a Desk Phone

First press the Home button on your desk phone.

Select Messages

Select Message Center

Select the messages you want to hear (Urgent, New or Old) and press Connect

You will be asked to put in your password then you will hear the messages.
