1. Open your Gmail app and tap SIGN IN.
2. Choose Google.
3. Tap Continue.
4. You will be prompted to install “Google Device Policy” to access work email.
5. Download the Google Device Policy app.
6. This is what you will see when you first open the app. Tap GET STARTED to continue.
7. It will prompt you to enable notifications. Tap Allow, then tap on your account.
8. Accept the Terms of Service.
9. Tap the blue icon to install the profile.
Note: On iPhone Xs and higher, after you tap the install button in the Google Device Policy app, you will get a popup telling you to install the policy in Settings. You will need to go to your Settings > General > Device Management, and tap on Google Apps Device Policy Payload Profile. On the top right, tap Install.
10. It will open up Safari. Tap Allow to continue.
11. Tap Install on the top right, then enter your passcode.
12. Tap Install to continue.
13. Tap Install again to continue.
14. Tap Trust to continue.
15. Tap Done on the top right.
16. It will open up Safari again. Press the Home Button/Swipe up from the bottom to close Safari.
17. Go back to Gmail, enable account, and tap Done.
18. That’s it!
