1. Open the Gmail App and choose Add an email address.
2. Click on the circle next to Google.
3. Enter your wearedream.org email address and password.
4. Click on I agree to the Terms of Service.
5. *Optional* Check or uncheck Automatically back up device data.
6. Click Install.
7. Click Install.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Allow.
10. At this point, you have the option of choosing to have a work profile or not. It is our recommendation to have a work profile to keep your work account separate from your personal one(s).
11. Choosing to create a work profile gives you a folder named Work, containing separate apps for Google.
The suitcase icon shown above denotes that the app is strictly for the work email.
NOTE: If you are not creating a work profile, continue to sections 12-16. If you ARE creating a work profile, skip to section 17.
12. Click Next.
13. Click Activate.
14. Click Enforce.
15. Please make sure your phone meets the requirements of the policy. If it does not, you will see these warning signs below. Once your phone has met the requirements, click Next to finish the MDM process.
16. Click Enforce.
At this point, if this is not a Work Profile then your email setup is complete. Steps 18 and beyond, pertain to using a Work Profile.
17. Click Agree.
18. Click Set Up.
19. Click Encrypt.
20. Have your phone plugged in to charge and click Encrypt Phone.
21. Check the box for Fast encryption and click Encrypt Phone again.
22. Let the phone encrypt and when it comes back on, go back to Device Policy app.
23. Click Next.
24. Click Agree.
25. Click Set Up.
26. Click OK.
27. Wait for the work profile to be created.
28. Click Next.
29. You should now have a separate Gmail application with this icon. This is the app you use for your work email.
