ACCESSING TICKET PORTAL
The webportal can be accessed here: https://dream.happyfox.com
Click Login in the upper right corner.
On the next page click on the Google+ icon to sign in using your email account.
SUBMITTING A NEW TICKET
Click on the New Ticket tab.
Select the Category. (When in doubt, General Support)
Select Priority (Default is Medium).
Fill out the Subject and description of the issue in the Message field.
Click the Create Ticket button.
VIEWING EXISTING TICKETS
On the Tickets tab.
You can click on the Reply arrow to add a Quick Reply to a ticket.
To open a ticket to view in its entirety, click on the Subject of the ticket.
With the ticket open, you can added replies by clicking the button at the bottom.
KNOWLEDGE BASE
You can view our Knowledge Base articles off the main page of the portal.
You can type in a word to search for articles or click on Browse All in the Sections area to view all the articles.
