Type in your extension number, and the password for your voicemail

After you log in, hover over “Features” on the top left, and go down to “Conference Room”

On this page, you can configure several options.

You can create your own conference room number, or randomly generate a 5 digit number. This is the number you will enter when calling into the conference call number.

For reference, the conference call number is 646-518-0791 for external use, and for internal use, dial extension 9000.

Ex: you dial either the external or internal number, and will be asked to enter the conference number, followed by the pound key. 12345#

You can choose to play a sound when someone joins or leaves the call. By enabling it, you have 3 options for sounds. Only sound, Sound with caller name, or Sound with caller name (user review option)

When only 1 person is in the conference call, you can have it play music while they are on hold. This is enabled by default.

Conference members may press # and be sent to extension should be left blank.

You can add conference admins to your rooms that have specific privileges. You can leave this blank, or add yourself. The admin settings on the bottom are what is affected when there is an admin selected.

You can set it so only conference admins are allowed to talk, hang up conference when all admins leave, or deny users the ability to talk while an admin is in the conference room.

These settings should be off by default, and only be used if necessary. When you are done changing settings, you will need to press “Save Conference Settings” on the bottom of the page.

It is important to do this as it does not auto-save your options.
